Junior Court Assistant (JCA)

The Supreme Court of India has announced recruitment for 250 tentative Junior Court Assistant (JCA) vacancies under Group B, Non-Gazetted category. This is a regular government job offering a Level 6 pay scale with a starting basic salary of ₹35,400 per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits.

The position is suitable for graduates and freshers who have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, basic computer knowledge and an English typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. The prescribed age limit is 18 to 30 years, with relaxation for eligible reserved categories as per government rules.

Candidates will be selected through a four-stage process consisting of an objective written examination, computer typing test, descriptive written test and interview. The objective examination is tentatively scheduled for 20 November 2026, and candidates may be required to appear for subsequent stages in Delhi/NCR.
