GMRC has invited online applications for experienced engineers in Rolling Stock, Telecom, and Signalling departments. The recruitment is on a contract/deputation basis for metro rail projects in Gujarat. Candidates with relevant engineering qualifications and work experience can apply.
1. Manager (Rolling Stock)
* Manages metro train (rolling stock) planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
* Requires B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Requires 7 years (Govt./PSU) or 9 years (Private) of relevant experience.
2. Engineer – Sr. Grade (Telecom)
* Works on metro Telecom and Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems.
* Requires B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
*Requires minimum 3 years of experience in Railway, Metro, LRT, Suburban Rail, or Telecom services.
3. Engineer – Jr. Grade (Signalling)
*Works on metro Signalling systems (such as CBTC, AFTC, and PSD) to ensure safe train operations.
*Requires B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
*Requires minimum 2 years of experience in Metro Rail or Railway signalling.
