Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

DRDO’s Microwave Tube Research & Development Centre (MTRDC), Bengaluru, is inviting eligible candidates for 3 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions in Electronics and related fields. Selected candidates will receive a ₹37,000 per month stipend plus HRA and will work on research related to microwave tubes, radar, electronic warfare and communication technologies.

The fellowship is for 2 years, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years, subject to applicable rules. Candidates must have a relevant B.E./B.Tech, M.Sc. or M.E./M.Tech qualification, with the required First Division and NET/GATE qualification as specified in the notification.

This recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview on 15 October 2026 at MTRDC, Bengaluru. Eligible candidates should report by 10:00 AM with the required documents and certificates for verification and interview.
