NMDC Steel Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026

NMDC Steel Limited (NSL), a Government of India company under the Ministry of Steel, has released 102 Executive Trainee vacancies across engineering and management disciplines. This recruitment is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates seeking a career in the public sector.

Duration & Salary: Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of training with a basic pay of ₹50,000 per month. After successful completion, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers with a pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, along with DA, PF, gratuity, PRP, and other company benefits.

Eligibility: Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech or other prescribed qualification in the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Computer Science/IT, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Ceramics, Finance, or Human Resources) are eligible to apply. Applicants must have at least 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) or 50% marks (SC/ST/PwBD). Freshers and final-year students can apply, provided final-year candidates complete their qualifying degree and submit the final certificate before the Group Discussion and Interview stage.
